The »Mensch-Raum-Studien« (2017-2023) are about the interaction between people and their spatial environment. The essence of the works lies in the inner examination and in the demonstration of psychological processes. The viewer is invited to comprehend the difficult processes of his explorations for himself. Jürgen Sobkowiak uses his own body as a means of expression for his artistic ideas for the nine subseries and interacts with spaces and objects.
